Calls can start being delivered within 10 minutes of the call being successfully set up. So if you finish setting up a CareCall at 14:50 then, if the call receiver is due to receive a call at 15:00, they shall do so. Read more about setting up a CareCall here.

Keep in mind, if a CareCall requires a personalised recording to be made, the calls will not start until the recording is complete.
